Dr. Yanxiang Deng is an Assistant Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. He obtained his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). During his Ph.D., he developed microfluidic platforms for high-throughput single-cell mechanotyping and Intracellular delivery. Yanxiang then pursued his postdoctoral training in Biomedical Engineering at Yale University, during which he worked on developing new technologies for spatially resolved omics profiling.
